VIII Congress - 2017 - Palliative Medicine in Health Care of the Russian Federation and CIS Countries

Dear colleagues!

22-23 June 2017 in the building of Moscow Government (Novy Arbat 36) will take place VIII international medical Congress "Palliative medicine in public health of the Russian Federation and CIS countries". The organizers of the Congress of the Russian Association of palliative medicine, Russian interregional society for the study of pain and the Moscow state medical dental University. A. I. Evdokimov.

The Congress will host the Conference "Multidisciplinary approaches to pain therapy".

In the course of the Congress will discuss topical issues: organization and methodology of palliative care for patients with oncological, non-oncological and infectious diseases; palliative medical care to adult population; palliative care; training for palliative care (teachers, doctors, nurses); the accessibility and effectiveness of medicines in palliative care; correction of homeostasis in patients in need of palliative care;nutritional support in palliative care; instrumental methods of palliative care; psychological support and psychotherapy in palliative medicine; problems of long-term care in palliative care.

Scheduled plenary sessions, round tables, symposiums and workshops in accordance with the scientific program of the event. Applications for participation in the scientific program of the Congress will be accepted until 1 June 2017.

The Congress is held in the framework of continuous medical education (CME) with the accrual of credit units (credits).

The Congress will be attended by specialists from the Russian Federation and CIS countries: managers and representatives of health authorities, research institutes, universities, pharmacies; chief and leading specialists in all areas of clinical medicine (gastroenterology, Hematology, cardiology, neurology, surgery, Oncology, Pediatrics, psychiatry, pulmonology, rheumatology, endocrinology, etc.), representatives of public organizations and associations.
